Italian with a Southern Drawl

An influencer & one guest will get to experience Bird Dog, a southern restaurant focusing on handmade pasta. Located in the heart of the West Village, you'll enjoy an intimate restaurant and a personalized version of our Chef's Tasting Menu. We can assist with most allergies and aversions. Gratuity is not included but is HIGHLY encouraged!

You'll capture your visit in a short video for Instagram Reels displaying the delicious food and vibrant energy of Bird Dog. You'll either include a voiceover that describes our space, menu, and flavors OR overlay trendy music with your video to make it a fun watch.

At Bird Dog, we believe that southern & Italian foods are two cuisines that were born in the kitchen. We are set to tell the story of generations of cooking while having dinner with us. We make as much as we can in house, and on premise, to honor the culinary traditions of both Nonna and Granny alike.

Please schedule at least ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE & allow Laura from Bird Dog to approve your time before showing up, as the space is very small! You can schedule Mondays - Wednesdays at 5:30 pm or 9:30 pm seating indoors. If outdoors, we can accommodate 6 pm, 8 pm, or 10 pm on our patio.
