Growing up in India, there were so many food options. But our favorite was Egg Night. By eggs, we don’t mean your ordinary omelet or scrambled eggs. Anyone can scramble an egg or cook up an omelet but to add the right seasonings takes skill. And that’s what we have perfected. That’s what inspired us to bring Indian-style eggs to America.
