Husband and wife business partners, Brad and Rachael, and business partner Ashley Zeruto, came together to create The Burger Lab, a burger joint with a mission. Our goal? To serve up more than just delicious food and drinks – we wanted to embody the very essence of Fort Collins hospitality. Inspired by the region's diverse, unified, and culturally rich atmosphere, we set out to build a menu of out-of-this-world burgers and create a gathering place that feels like home to everyone who joins us for a meal. With a seasonal dining space, and being a newer concept, The Burger Lab is looking to spread the word about our delicious offerings.
