Over the years, Janson's became a cherished neighborhood institution, etching itself into the hearts of hot dog and hamburger enthusiasts in the Beverly area. It had become an irreplaceable piece of local history, with a menu that was practically synonymous with Chicago's culinary culture. Then, in 2014, a new family took the reins of Janson's Drive-In, injecting fresh vitality into the cherished establishment. They undertook the mission of restoring it to its original glory, ensuring that the magic of the 1950s lived on.
